Hands-On

Most scheduled cooking classes in the Timetable are demonstration. However, private hands-on tuition is available for groups of 1 to 4 people. What a great way of improving your confidence and enjoyment in the kitchen. Come with family, business associates, friends or just on your own. Share the joy of cooking and eating together in a relaxed yet informative environment. Menus can be tailor-made to suit different skill levels and taste preferences. Choose your own cuisine - Moroccan, Vietnamese, Italian, French, Spanish and other cuisines avail. All devised from my own travels.
