About Kitchen Jazz & Mara :
Mara has been running Kitchen Jazz cooking classes and culinary tours since 2003. She has a passion and intuitive relationship with food and loves to travel the world. She creates her own recipes inspired by her travels and has received a recipe writing award from Margaret Fulton.
Tours for small groups are available for
Provence (France), Piemonte (Italy), Latvia, Morocco, Crete, Adelaide and New Zealand as well as local Sydney tours.
Cooking Classes are conducted in a home kitchen environment suitably designed for group classes and interactions, making it easier to relate to your own kitchen. On tour, classes are held in some stunning locations.
